Password protecting pages

Remember this feature utilizes a native Linux file system mechanism (.htaccess). This is a simpler alternative to protecting pages using WebsiteForge proprietary Restricted Access (Restr.) mechanism. Using the WebsiteFroge proprietary Restricted Access mechanism is more powerful and preferred in most uses, however Password Protection can be set up faster and is the only way if you don't have a membership module added/tuned properly.

You may restrict access to a web site page with a login and password.  The user will see a login box before they can proceed.
